3. Property Listings and Subleasing

  • Teda Property Management acts as an intermediary between landlords and tenants unless otherwise stated.
  • Subleasing arrangements are only valid when formally approved by property owners and Teda Management.
  • We are not responsible for disputes arising between landlords and tenants outside our contractual role.

4. Payments and Fees

  • All rental payments, deposits, and service fees must be made through approved channels.
  • Fees for services will be communicated clearly before confirmation of any agreement.
  • Late payments may attract penalties as specified in individual lease agreements.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to review and contractual terms.

5. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants agree to:

  • Pay rent on time
  • Maintain the property in good condition
  • Avoid illegal or unauthorized activities on the premises
  • Respect property rules and community guidelines
  • Report damages or issues promptly

6. Landlord Responsibilities

Landlords agree to:

  • Provide habitable and safe property conditions
  • Ensure properties comply with legal housing standards
  • Disclose accurate property information
  • Respect tenant privacy and rights

7. Maintenance and Repairs

  • Maintenance requests must be submitted through official channels.
  • Urgent repairs will be prioritized.
  • Responsibility for repair costs will depend on the cause of damage as defined in lease agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Teda Property Management shall not be liable for:

  • Losses resulting from misuse of property
  • Disputes between tenants and landlords beyond our control
  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party service providers
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Teda Property Management.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms
  • Cancel agreements where fraudulent or misleading information is provided

Users may also terminate their engagement according to contractual agreements.
